The client pays nothing in fees until we resolve the case with a winning verdict or settlement.  Our firm will advances all of the costs to process the case for investigation, medical records, reports, court filing fees, jury expenses, depositions, expert witnesses, everything!  The client never sees a bill from us nor do they pay us a dime.  100% of the fees are contingent. All payments to us for attorney fees and costs come out of the settlement money paid by the insurance company.
